Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Mullen spent 27 years in various capacities with Mullen Trucking LP. At the time of his departure, he was Senior Vice President of Mullen Trucking LP located in Aldersyde, Alberta. Mr. Mullen has been a director of Shear Minerals Ltd., a publicly traded mineral exploration company on the TSX-V Exchange since May, 2000, a director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. a publically traded agriculture and construction equipment dealer on the TSX Exchange since December 2007 and Golconda Resources Ltd, a publically traded mineral and resource exploration company on the TSX-V Exchange since December 2008.   H. Allen Cameron Calgary, Alberta President Mr. Cameron joined the company as President September 1, 2007. Mr. Cameron has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in business, accounting and management consulting. Before joining Cordy he assisted owners and managers in a number of industries and professions. Mr. Cameron is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of FairWest Energy Corporation (TSX-V). He was a director and Chair of the Compensation and Governance Committee of Producers Oilfield Services Inc. (a TSX listed company) prior to its sale in 2006. He is also an advisory board member and chairman of the Audit Committee of two private companies operating in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Cameron is a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants of Canada, Certified Management Accountant of Alberta, Certified Management Consultant, and Professional Administrator.   Matt Braaten, CA Calgary, Alberta Chief Financial Officer Mr. Braaten was appointed Cordy’s Chief Financial Officer on May 25, 2011, after serving as the Corporation’s Interim, Chief Financial Officer since August 24, 2010. Prior to joining Cordy, he worked in various industry roles including Investment Banking, Financial Reporting, and IFRS consulting. Previous to that, Mr. Braaten worked as an auditor with a global accounting firm. Mr. Braaten holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting Major) from the University of Alberta School of Business and is a member in good standing with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Prior to his professional career, Mr. Braaten was a heavy equipment operator in the pipeline, environmental and heavy construction industries.   Bob Brunt Calgary, Alberta Chief Operating Officer Bob Brunt joined the company as its Chief Operating Officer September 1, 2007. Immediately prior to joining Cordy, Mr. Brunt was the Chief Operating Officer of TOTALadmin. From 2000 to 2002, he was CEO of a software company that developed workflow automation software and from 1980 to 1999 he managed professional service firms in Calgary.
